Breakfast:
Make steel cut oatmeal in the crockpot. Add what you like. Convenient, economical, and healthy and yum.
Lunch:
Arnold sandwich thins. These handy dandy things are just 100 calories a piece. They make a fabulous low calorie sandwich and I'm hooked.
Dinner:
Meatball subs! I warm two packages of Trader Joe's turkey meatballs in a quality sauce and serve in baguettes cut into six inch subs. Top with Parmesan (serve a salad on the side) and my kids love me for for this. It's messy, but I love it, too! So easy, so delicious and not bad for you either.
