Hey Suzanne, I showed 2 of my 3 sons your pirate picture. They both giggled immediately and said, "Pirates!." My seemingly never-satisified 5 1/2 year old said, "I wish they had swords or guns or something."

Luci, tell your 5 1/2 year old that they aren't pictured here, but they made wooden pirate ships and painted them black. They had earrings at one point, too. No swords or hooks, though. Maybe next time.
