When Values Differ

Finding bread crumbs on the sunroom floor...

Thinking to myself: Hmmm...I'd better pick this mess up now before it attracts ants.

Jacob: Hey, don't take that away. Alex put it there so that the ants will come.

Jeff(the husband) once worked in a restaurant that he swore was built on top of an anthill. He kept telling the management that there was an insect problem, but no one wanted to pay for the exterminator to come out there (I never ate here, surprisingly). So to prove his point, Jeff laid out a single chocolate chip and within a minute the area was covered. The exterminator was there within the hour.

That was a good experiment, maybe that's what Alex was doing... :) Can't wait til this September when I get to be a member of the mommy of boys club!

heehee...we are new to the whole "raising boys" thing, but this is one I could see happening around here for sure! :)

At least one of your boys told you what was going on. In our house all such "experiments" were kept secret.

And then The Boy would carefully rescue all of the ants and put them outside.
