It always seems, when I give the boys their Easter hair cuts and outfit them with a few new spring clothes, that all the growing up they've been working on the whole winter long becomes suddenly and shockingly apparent.
The last few places we've been people have asked me, "Where's the baby?"
When I point to Nicholas they say, "But I thought you had a little, little one," and I say,
"I did."

Oh, I know what you mean! My little-little one will be five this summer! Yikes.
Nicholas is *adorable.*
Cute little boy - with a precious smile!
So adorable!!
Wow! He looks so much like your husband in that picture!
Such a happy little boy! As he grows up though, he'll always be your baby... even if another little one should happen to follow!
I have noticed that cutting the boys' hair when they are babies seems to accentuate their plump faces and makes them look littler. But once they cross into "toddlerhood" cutting their hair only makes them look more like little men.
I love the grin on your little man!
He's such a beautiful boy!
What a cute picture! They grow up so fast...our youngest will turn 3 this summer and I don't know where the time has gone!

Oh he is just too cute with all of that boyishness fairly bursting out of those rosy cheeks!
