How Long Does it Take to Get a Forwarding Notice to the North Pole?

We just signed a lease agreement for a very nice home that should suit us well.
Thank you all for your prayers!

In contrast to our previous experience, Our new landlord preferred us to other possible renters after seeing our home listed on the MLS with pictures of the inside. "I can see you take good care of your things," he told me today. That felt good.

Also, we are moving our closing date up so that we will be in this new place by Christmas.

When I told the children, they were very concerned. If we are in the new house on Christmas morning, they worried, would their stockings be hanging here by the chimney of the old house?

The zipcode for the north pole is 99705...just send a letter ASAP and Santa will get it!

This is great news! Don't worry. Even if they ask a lot of questions, kids have an amazing ability to believe! Maybe you could just pray to Saint Nicholas to arrange everything.

Wonderful news, Suzanne! I bet the North Pole has kept up with internet technology and does indeed have an email address - your boys could send a change of address notice. :)

Oh thank you ann, you know I really appreciate your kindness. It means a lot to me.

Thank you, cheryl, I didn't think of emailing santa. What a great idea. santa.clause@gmail.com?

Thank you, mpn!

Thanks for visiting johane. There may be a Canadian zip too, eh?

Great news! You can tell your boys that Santa is a friend of Jesus, Jesus will make sure that Santa knows where to go. :-)

I am so glad you found a new temporary home! I do think you and your husband are amazing that you'll make the move so soon; but I bet the children pull together and actually make it happen more easily just so their stockings are hung in the new house.

Oh, we don't have zip codes, we have postal codes... the H0H 0H0 is the postal code... And we all know that the north pole is in Canadian territory. If that claim goes unchallenged for another few years, the claim will be official... All I can say is that the Canada Post Office will be deluged with christmas mail in a few years!

PS... I have been posting as Anonymous for a while. I'm glad that you've found a lovely new place with a considerate landlord... That other one sounded real crabby! Good luck moving! And God Bless you all in this new phase in your lives.

I'm so happy for your family! The first thing you move into your new house just might be the stockings. :)

Great news on the rental Suzanne, it looks like all is looking up for the Temples, glad to hear it! Santa always knows where the good kids are on Christmas, it is the naughty ones who need to worry! So your kids have nothing to worry about!
*smile*!!

Yay!! I am so happy that you have found a suitable place to live for now, especially after your recent experiences. St. Joseph's intercession comes through again! May you have an easy transition to your new residence.

I'm behind on the news, but so glad to hear you've gotten a place! Your sweeties are so precious. Hang in there ... there's nothing like moving to keep you focused on the real meaning of Christmas.

If the tooth fairy was able to find me during a trip to Ireland in the 1970s, I have no concerns about Santa making his way over to you and the boys no matter where the stockings are this year! : )

Congratulations on the lease!
